Obedience, Planted as a Seed

We did not know how that seed would grow, how long it would take, or what fruit it might one day bear. We simply believed that our part was to plant to love, to serve, and to remain faithful to what God had placed before us.

So we entrusted the future in His hands.

There was no promise that the soil would be easy, or that we would see the harvest. But we trusted that even the smallest seed, when placed in God’s hands, could become something far greater than we could imagine.

And with that faith, we sowed what God had given us, leaving its fruit to his timing.

                                The Beginning of the Mission

There were moments when things did not go as planned, unexpected difficulties arose, and at times, we faced situations that were genuinely frightening. We could not see what lay ahead or know how we would overcome what was coming. So, in those first days, we learned to begin each morning with prayer. When we had no clear solution, we looked to the Lord. When fear came, we asked Him for courage. And when we could not see the next step, we simply trusted Him enough to take it.

We did not begin this mission because we were fully prepared. We began with our family, our questions, our fears, and a deep longing to follow the Lord's calling. With each uncertain step, we placed our lives in His hands and asked Him to make a way where we could not see one. Looking back, we realize that the mission was not defined by what we had to offer. It was rooted in surrender with a family willing to leave the familiar, kneel in prayer, and say, “Lord, lead us.”

And that was enough for the first step.
